Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Delivered via DHL or FedEx
Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Includes tracking information - Free Shipping:
Available for orders over €50
Delivered via EMS
Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
International Shipping
For international customers outside the Netherlands:
- All packages require a signature upon delivery
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pier One purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Blauwlichtfilterbrillen (blue light filter glasses)
- Horloges (watches)
Fitting Tip: For items like business shoes, high heels, ankle boots, and ballerinas, we recommend trying them indoors on a clean surface to maintain return eligibility.
Return Process in 4 Simple Steps
- Submit Return Request:

- Reason for return (size, style, defect, etc.)
- Preferred solution (refund or exchange)
- Return Approval:
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide a return label if applicable. - Ship Your Return:

We will process your return within 5 business days of receiving it.
Refund Information
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are only refunded if the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Clearly indicate in your return request which item you’d like instead from our collection of jackets, jeans, knitwear, or other items
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
- For price differences, you’ll either receive a refund or be asked to pay the difference

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item from our men’s or women’s collection:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the defect/incorrect item
- We’ll provide a free return label and arrange for replacement or refund
International Returns
For customers outside the Netherlands:
- Returns must be sent with tracking (track & trace code)
- Complete customs forms as “returned goods” to avoid additional charges
- Return processing may take longer due to customs procedures
